"We've stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Express Hotels in the last 2 months; of the 3, the one in Gahanna was the least attractive. The hotel staff were polite, no complaints there. The beds were only doubles, instead of queens and there was only a pool and no hot tub. There is nothing to complain about really, just in comparison to the other 2 (one in Bucyrus and one in Lancaster) it wasn't as nice."
